Position Summary
This primary mission of this role is to support the Retail Operations in ensuring that the retail stores within the Thailand network are given a high level of support to safeguard maximum efficiency and productivity in their daily operations. They will also be the first point of contact for the store teams for day to day operational issues
Job Description
Operation Support
• Ad Hoc issue support (e.g. Logistic, MIS, Aftersales, BOH, Mall Operations)
• Communicate with store & different functions to improve store operation and efficiency
• Ongoing evaluation on store operation efficiency and seek for room for enhancement
Reports:
• Generating key reports for Thailand on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
Store Support• To monitor the levels of inventory and ensure that any requests for stationery are handled efficiently
• To pack and organize delivery of the stationery which has been requested from the stores once received from HQ
• Ordering of materials and supplies from APAC HQ
• To conduct store visits on a regular basis to determine what further support is needed
Uniform and Packaging
• To be fully trained and conversant with the packaging guidelines and ensure that store staff are utilizing the updated guidelines when
HQ release changes
• To conduct the uniform allocation for all new joiners within the region and upon the release of new season uniforms
• To conduct system write-offs for the allocated uniforms
• To check and pack returned uniforms for reallocation and recycle old uniforms as part of the second life project
• To share updated guidelines with stores when HQ release changes
Liaison with vendors
• To assist the Retail Operations Manager in monitoring the standard of work of vendors including contractors and collect feedback where
relevant
• To assist in negotiations for relevant market rates
• Budget tracking and compilation of information to facilitate the budgeting process
• To liaise and coordinate with contractors for store defects
• To engage store security where necessary
• To act as the liaison between the stores and MIS on urgent cases
• To conduct the declaration of invoices for custom clearance purposes
• Phone procurement
• Monthly billing review
• Training and launch support
• Handling the set up for newly joined staff members / data and client transfer
• Advocating and monitoring golden rules execution in store level

Security & Safety
• CCTV, Bulgary Alarm, Shoppertrak system error or maintenance
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree's Holder
• Strong background in retail operation (luxury or fast-fashion retail experience at least 5 years)
• Proactive approach and can-do attitude
• Good team player
• Structured and detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
• Confident communicator
• Good level of spoken and written English
