Job Description
Our
client is authorized automotive importer and distributor in Thailand. We seek a
professional and mature candidate to fill the position of Sales Manager
Position: Sales Manager (Used / New
Car)
Objective:
· Achieving sales
targets defined together with the Head of Product and ensuring customer
satisfaction in overall customers management.
Dealership
Operation:
· Achieve set sales
targets.
· Welcoming
customers according to the dealership guidelines
· Answering to phone/e-mail/web
enquiries related to the sales area.
· Sourcing and
contacting the customer to find the car into stock
· Performing
test-drives and collecting customer opinions.
· Ensuring that the
customer receives the post-delivery / follow up phone call to check post-sales
customer satisfaction
· Attending to
sales force meetings.
· Monitor residual
values of products and competitors
· Keen New ModisCS
and all reflecting websites up to date with current stock, CCF, and sale
prices.
· Management of the
business KPIs (stock rotation, residual value, inventory value, etc.) and
Action Plan definition.
· Coordinating with
sales and aftersales staff on all matters related to Pre-owned vehicle sales
· Convey to clients
and prospects brand experience, heritage and racing history
· Built and
maintain relations with prospects and clients, also developing structured
contact plans.
Management:
· Ensuring deals
are closed with profit maximization as per price calculation
· Promote Approved
program internally and to customers
· Develop relationships
with customers, brokers, and independent retailers to seek out purchase
opportunities.
· Ensure the
correct sales proposition of Genuine accessories and of Power Extended
Warranties.
· Management of
correct stock levels incl. clearance of undesirable inventory.
· Coordinating
marketing and communications plans to increase visibility and promote the
business.
· Writing
contracts, collecting required documentations, and launching car delivery
procedures
· Proposing
financing and insurance services to support car purchasing
· Initiating
events/activities to promote and to drive business.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years
of experience in a business or similar function.
· Proven experience
in Distributor Management.
· Performance
focused, result oriented and strong analytical thinking.
· Excellent English
communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
· Strong leadership
skills with fluent English.
· Automotive
experience and good understanding of automotive used/new market is a must.
