Job Description
Key responsibilities :
· Cleansing data in the system including removing
data duplication and revising misspelling and wrong format data
· Coordinate with stakeholders to correct, edit
and update data
· Advise stakeholders on the process of adding and
editing data and the impact to other people management modules
· Suggest the suitable data matching to HRBP/HR

Qualifications
Qualification :
· Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
· Detail-oriented, observant, love to work with
big chunk of data
· Good command in English
· Investigative and trouble shooting Skills
· Experience in Excel is preferable (pivot tables
and vlookups)
· Experience in SAP-SuccessFactors is a plus
