Job Description
- Act as an ambassador of the brand by following
corporate grooming and uniform policy
- Combine a professional, authentic and positive
approach with enthusiasm for our products
- Maintain open, positive and constructive
communication with team members
- Provide exceptional client service according
to the brand's selling ceremony
- Build lasting relationships with clients by
‘being memorable’ beyond the sales process and providing follow up
- Recruit and convert prospect clients
- Drive local clients growth
- Capture and update all relevant client
information, according to the company tools in order to retain actual
clients and detect new potential clients
- Keep in contact with key clients via different
channels to grow loyalty
- Meet/exceed individual and store sales targets
- Achieve all sales KPIs and CRM requirements
- Focus on cross-, up-selling and have strong
styling skills for all product categories
- Keep track of physical inventory of
merchandise
- Assist in maintaining visual standards under
the direction of VM department, in accordance with brand visual
guidelines and standards
- Proficient and accurate use of POS
- Participate in all inventory, cycle counts and
goods receptions
- Respect stockroom guidelines
Ensure
store functional maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
will be an added advantage
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) and/or luxury fashion
experience will be and added advantage
- Good understanding of local luxury market and
practices
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Good customer service and selling skills
- Good in mix and match on RTW
- Good flair of fashion sense
Compensation & Benefits
20k-25k+ 30-35k +/- 50000-55000
