Job Description
1. Administrative
Support:
- Provide general
administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation,
scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Assist in
organizing HR-related events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle HR-related
inquiries and provide basic information to employees.
2.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Post job openings
on various platforms and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Schedule
interviews, prepare interview materials, and communicate with candidates
throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in the
creation and maintenance of a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Assist in the
onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the
company.
- Prepare onboarding
materials and facilitate the completion of required paperwork.
- Work closely with
various departments to coordinate a comprehensive onboarding experience.
3.
Employee Engagement:
- Support the
planning and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Assist in
conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to improve workplace
satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience
as an HR role for 2-5 years.
- Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written
and verbal communication skills in both Thais and English
- Ability to handle
confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in
Google applications is a plus
