Working Day & Time:     Mon-Fri / 8.30am. - 5.30pm.

Job details:

  • Looking for documents of new employees and collecting documents in personal record files .
  • Prepare and support HR documents and onboarding process.
  • Orientation for new employees (outsource).
  • Taking care of welfare to employees such as social security, health examination, and grants in other cases.
  • Taking care of chatbot for convenience to employees in case of inquiry such as how to withdraw welfare and grants, and how to leave for work systematically.
  • Collect time attendance of employees in the system.
  • Onsite work with client scope of service depends on the agreement.
  • Responsibly for any related assignment by Managers.
