Job Description

• Maintain AP & AR transaction, prepare accrued expense. ดุแลการบันทึกบัญชีด้านลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ และค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย.
  
• Bank reconciliation. รายการกระทบยอดเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลการเคลื่อนไหวทางด้านการเงิน.
  
• Achieve timeline of the financial reports and accuracy. รายงานต่างๆๆ ต้องเสร็จตามเวลา และถูกต้อง เป็นที่เชื่อถือได้ใ
  
• Ensure all accounting / financial reporting standard, Thai legislative requirements, other local requirements. ต้องมั่นใจได้ว่าข้อมูลที่ถูกบันทึกบัญชีทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์การบัญชี และภาษีอากร รวมทั้งนโยบายบริษัท.
  
• Provide day-to-day financial support focused upon achievement of the financial objectives of the business. สามารถให้ข้อมูลทางด้านบัญชีและการเงิน ที่เป็นประโยชฯ หรือ สนันสนุนต่อความความสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท.
  
• Prepare account reconciliations and adjustment and coordinate with related Honeywell companies. สามารถทำรายการกระทบยอด และรายการปรับปรุงทางด้านบัญชี รวมทั้งรายการที่เกิดขึ้นกับบริษัทในเครือ หรือ เกี่ยวข้องกัน.
  
• Checked all concerned documents for recording expenses and accounts payable. ต้องทำการตรวจสอบเอกสารก่อนการบันทึกบัญชีเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการบันทึกบัญชีที่ผิดประเภท หรือนโยบายทางด้นบัญชี รวมทั้งความถูกต้องของเอกสารเอง.
  
• Prepare data to be audited and minimize audit exposures. สามารถจัดเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อลดการสี่ยงจากการตรวจสอบของผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีได้.
  
• Conduct general advice over financial, legal, taxation and accounting matters. ให้คำแนะนำในเรื่องของหลักการบัญชี, ข้อมูลทางการเงิน, กฏหมายและ ภาษีอากร.

Qualifications

·         Active, hard working. มีความมุ่งมั่น และทำงานหนัก
·         Good interpersonal and communication skills. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและการสื่อสารที่ดี
·         Experience SAP application is preferable. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ SAP
·         Whilst not essential, exposure to Thailand Board of Investment would be favorably considered. มีความรู้ด้านการส่งเสริมการลงทุนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักเกณฑ์ของบัญชี
·         Good Computer literacy มีทักษะด้านการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับดี
·        Fair in English writing and reading มีความสามารถในการเขียนและอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารเบื้องต้นได้
