Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Greeting & Queue Management

  • Client Welcoming & Waiting Time Management
  • Monitor queue, input client data in internal application and generate report to Boutique team
  • Act as the liaison between clients and boutique team by taking down client details whenever possible to identify client’s needs
  • Manage appointments and waiting time and ensure that the clients are being assisted by Sales Associate accordingly

Qualifications

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor Degree in any related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in retails, service industry, hospitality or tourism
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service with a client centric mindset
  • Ability to handle with in front complex situation or problem and quickly resolve with a professional manner
  • Good communication in both English and Thai (Chinese or Russian language will be an advantage)
