Job Description

against the financial default risks of their clients, both in domestic and

deliver localized services worldwide.
Position: Office
Administrator (Contract)
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate
and liaise with various departments within the company.
- Provide
administrative support across departments.
- Prepare
and issue billing documents (Debit Notes and Credit Notes) in the company
system and ensure timely submission to clients.
- Manage
and maintain office documents, including invoices, letters, and reports.
- Organize
and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Perform
general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Handle
incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
- Greet
and assist visitors and guests.
- Provide
additional administrative and secretarial support as required.
Claims Handling:
- Communicate
with clients and brokers primarily by phone, using email as a backup, to
build relationships and ensure clarity of understanding.
- Organize
claims meetings with policyholders, brokers, and fronting partners.
- Collaborate
with the Debt Collection Department to determine the most appropriate
recovery actions.
