Senior Sale Representative (Senior Shopkeeper)

JD Summary:
1.) Provide exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.
2.) Acquire a deep understanding of the concept store's products, including their functionalities, uses, and unique selling points, to confidently assist customers.
3.) Actively promoting products, suggesting upsells, and cross-selling complementary items to enhance the customer's shopping experience
4.) Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
5.) Maintain accurate stock records and ensure stock accuracy
- Ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service, creating a welcoming and friendly environment that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the concept store's products, including their functionalities, uses, and unique selling points, to confidently assist customers.
- Able to recommend, suggest upsells, and cross-selling complementary items to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and insights to identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to maintaining the store's cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure stock accuracy. Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory audits.
- Assist in organizing the storage area and stockrooms to optimize space and ensure easy accessibility to products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail, Hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Customer-First Mindset: A customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products and providing exceptional service.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and friendly manner to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Compensation & Benefits
- Travel allowance: 68.-/ Day

- Soft Launch Guaranteed Commission (May-Jun-Jul): 3,000.-/Month
- Commission:
- Group 6,000.- / 4,000.

- Working day: 6 Days/ Week (1 Day-off) and 9 Hrs/ Day
