- Receive, sort, or distribute incoming and outgoing
mails, deliveries, and documents
- Answer telephone call
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
including but not limited to office
- Taking care of applicants when they come to the office
for an interview or walk-in to apply for a job (Fill out a job
application).
Qualifications
:: Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist and office
coordinator, administration, customer service officer or in a similar
role.
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Thai and Fluency in English
