Boutique Assistant (CT, SPG)
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- eKYC (Electronic Know-Your-Customer) PROCESS SUPPORT
- Be a contact person to support boutique for eKYC process with clients; facilitate and ensure the process could run efficiently and complied with the anti-money laundering compliance.
- Ensure smooth client experience during eKYC process
- Verify the correctness of information gathered for eKYC process
AFTER SALES SERVICE SUPPORT (FOR THE ELIGIBLE BOUTIQUES)
- Provide excellent customer services to aftersales clients
- Gather client requests and issues to obtain the proper solutions for seamless service
- Ensure there’s a regular update and communicate with the boutique team for any update in client service related matters
- Keep track of aftersales cases in boutique and make sure all aftersales cases are being handled timely
OTHER BOUTIQUE SUPPORTS
- Support Boutique Office Executive to monitor and order any boutique store supplies such as stationary, cleaning supplies, beverage and snacks stock for clients, etc
- Be a secondary contact to support on any maintenance work with vendor and landlord
- Support Stock team for all stock transfer and management
- Assist Client Welcoming & Waiting Time Management when requested, including assist to be contact person to answering boutique phone
- Provide support for boutique sales
Qualifications
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Have strong team spirit and good coordination skills
- Detailed oriented and diligent
- Maintain excellent communication in both English and Thai
- Provides excellent service and client focused
- Exercise flexibility and take the initiative to serve at the highest standard
- Good in computer literacy – MS Offices
