Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting & Queue Management
- Client Welcoming & Waiting Time Management
- Monitor queue, input client data in internal application and generate report to Boutique team
- Act as the liaison between clients and boutique team by taking down client details whenever possible to identify client’s needs
- Manage appointments and waiting time and ensure that the clients are being assisted by Sales Associate accordingly
- Be the Cartier Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience at the entrance of the boutique
Daily Boutique Operations Support
- Be a key contact person to answering boutique phone
- Support the opening and closing of the boutique
- Assist in monitoring the cleanliness and overall experience of the boutique
Qualifications
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- At least 2 years experience in retail, service industry, hospitality or tourism
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service with a client-centric mindset
- Ability to handle with in front complex situation or problem and quickly resolve with a professional manner
- Good communication in both English and Thai
