Job Description
1. Sort incoming candidate applications into Microsoft Excel to identify suitable positions for candidates and the company.
2. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
3. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
4. Pre-screening the candidates before sending to manager interview.
5. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
