Position Summary

STF ขายเป็น permanent ให้ WAS แต่ candidates เป็น sub contract under WAS The HR Admin will be responsible for managing and supporting HR administrative functions, including company benefits, expat management, employee relations support, and general HR operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to handle various administrative tasks related to HR services, and basic proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting. Additionally, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Job Description

1. Company Benefits Management

Insurance: Work with the insurance broker to manage employee data and inquiries. Record enrollments and verify invoices for payment. Medical Expenses: Ensure medical payments follow the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Coordinate with hospitals for employee support and maintain records of claims. Prepare monthly claims reports and monitor emergency cases. Savings Fund: Manage savings fund processes, such as enrollment, resignation applications, and contribution payments. Prepare annual reports for adjustments.
Emergency Loans: Handle employee emergency loan requests and process payments as per the CBA.
Other Benefits: Oversee employees' benefit requests, including verification and payment processing for various company benefits.

2. Expatriate Management
Contract and Immigration Process: Coordinate with Executive Compensation & Global Mobility to review contracts and prepare for new expatriate assignments. Serve as the primary contact for agencies, providing local information and company documents for immigration processing. Manage visa, work permit, and 90-day report processes in collaboration with agencies.
Expat Car and Residence Allowance: Coordinate with Procurement and vendors to arrange transportation for expatriates. Review and monitor contracts for cars and residences, providing necessary company documents for contracting. Verify and monitor monthly expenses and manage the payment process for expatriates.

3. Employee Relations (ER) Support
Employee Onboarding: Manage employee records (e.g., employee cards). Track and report employee time attendance

4. HR Support
Company Document Provider: Provide various company documents to HR Team as required for benefits or other purposes.
Team Activity Support: Assist with any HR-related requests and activities from the HR team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication within the department
