Job Description
1. Provide Technical Support:
o Troubleshoot technical issues occurring in the production processes or operations of the client.
o Offer technical advice and assist in resolving product or equipment usage issues.
2. Coordinate Between Teams and Clients:
o Communicate with clients to gather technical issues and collaborate with teams to find solutions.
o Prepare reports and summaries of problem resolutions.
3. Quality System Management:
o Ensure that technical issues are resolved according to quality standards.
o Continuously improve and optimize working methods for greater efficiency.
4. Post-Sales Support:
o Offer post-sales support, including technical advice and troubleshooting.
o Monitor and ensure compliance with client requirements and specifications.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments:
o Work with R&D, planning, and production teams to develop and improve products and services that meet client needs.
o Coordinate with production, all parties, and sales departments to gather information or address customer complaints.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
2. Language Skills: Proficient in both Thai and Chinese (speaking and writing).
3. Work Experience:
o At least 1-2 years of experience in a related position (Experience in a relevant industry is a plus).
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Able to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
5. Communication Skills: Good communication abilities, both within the organization and with clients.
6. Computer Skills: Proficient in using basic software like MS Office and industry-specific tools.
