- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing
needs and job requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
(e.g., job postings, social media, direct sourcing, job fairs).
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews
(phone/video) to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring
managers.
- Extend job offers and manage the pre-onboarding
process.
- Manage candidate data, including tracking recruitment
progress in Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze recruitment data in Excel to identify trends,
optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related
field.
- 3-4 years of experience in an in-house recruitment role
or with a recruitment agency.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong in English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
