Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and consistently deliver high levels of customer
satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to support
overall company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s
preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales manager role.
- Experience in eye-wear or optical product sales is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle sales documentation accurately and
efficiently.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Hardworking and highly motivated with a passion for sales.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a personal vehicle, with a willingness to travel for
client visits and fieldwork.
Compensation & Benefits
WORKPLACE
Bangkok 10330 Thailand.
BUSINESS HOURS
Monday – Friday, from 09:00-18:00 hrs.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
