Job Description
Provide IT support and troubleshooting for business applications, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps, workflows using Power Automate, and reports/dashboards in Power BI.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
Support project planning, implementation, and documentation.
Conduct testing, training, and user support for deployed solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or application development.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical solutions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
