is one of the global players in the luxury market with a distribution network
of more than 200 stores in the most exclusive shopping areas in the world.

Key
Responsibilities:
· Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exciting and memorable
experience to customers, creating, stimulating and maximizing sales
opportunities, in order to achieve store sales and profit targets as well as
provide excellent service to customers.
· Establish and develop relationship with existing clients and
engage new customers to the brand.
· Contribute to the store sales and service KPI achievements.
· Deliver a unique shopping experience to the clients.
· Perform all CRM 1 to 1 activity and after sales services.
· Ensure store cleanliness is maintained at all times and products
are displayed as per VM guidelines.
Perquisites
· Good proficiency in English Language. Proficiency in Mandarin will
be advantageous
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail brands. Prior
experience in the luxury brand retail which specializes in Jewellery, Watches
and Accessories will be highly advantageous
· Professional, polished and presentable outlook and disposition
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work in a dynamic sales environment which requires high
level of engagement and drive to excel
