Job Description
Assemble and inspect optical transceiver products in accordance with production standards and procedures.
Perform fiber attach, fiber alignment, optical fiber handling, and optical fiber splicing tasks.
Support failure analysis and carry out basic troubleshooting or corrective actions as assigned.
Properly operate tools and equipment used for product assembly and inspection.
Read and follow work instructions and production standard documents.
Record work results and maintain the work area in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
High Vocational Certificate or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Photonics, or related fields.
Experience in optical fiber, fiber attach/alignment, fiber splicing, transceiver assembly, or failure analysis will be an advantage.
Able to read and understand basic English documents.
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively with small components.
Available to start work as soon as possible.
