Job Description

• Maintain and install all communication systems including E-mail, Network, Lan and Internet systems.                                    
• Solve problems, including Hardware, Software, Operating System for the company's personnel as assigned.                       
• Recommend and maintenance - Install computer equipment, various peripherals on the user's computer                                
• Install basic program, upgrade software to concerned with computer and equipment.       
• Make a report, check sheet, back up, restore, checking data base and teaching ERP system.                                          
• Ability to create, follow up and follow through with IT Plans, Policies, IT Budgets and IT documentation                                   
• Implement new system (ERP, MES, WMS)
• Comply with ISO all systems in the company                               
• Other tasks as assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.   
• 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or help desk management      
• Communicable in English                                    
• Experience ERP system will be an advantage                             
• Multi-tasking capabilities        
• Experience for working in Manufacturing factory
