Position Summary
As a Sports Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, recommending sports products, and supporting store operations to ensure a great shopping experience for customers.
Job Description
Provide product recommendations and assist customers in selecting sportswear, footwear, and sports equipment.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
Replenish merchandise and ensure products are displayed properly.
Support stock management, inventory checks, and backroom organization.
Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, aged 18 years or above.
- High School / Vocational Certificate or higher.
- Friendly personality with good communication skills.
- Able to work in shifts.
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Interest in sports, sportswear, or retail sales is an advantage.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
