Job Description
- Prepare annual sales & marketing plans, forecasts, budgets for promotions, etc., for the achievement of the company’s product sales objectives and targets. This includes preparation of marketing models / approaches, sales promotions / activities, advertisements.
- Develop marketing campaign, promotion, advertising product
- Strengthen brand awareness.
- Plan, implement and evaluate the advertising& brand activation both ATL (online & offline) and BTL activities and ensure the achievement of business target.
- Responsible for marketing strategy & planning, operation, analysis against cost control standards and achieve target KPI.
- Oversee CRM and develop loyalty program.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field, MBA is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing (beauty/ skin care is a plus)
- Strategic thinking, creativity, problem solving and strong leadership with good interpersonal.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure & business dynamic.
- Skills Good communication and negotiation.
- Skills Good command in written and spoken in English.
- Good computer literacy in MS Office.
