Job Description

Department: Retail Operations
Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for managing assigned store group in accordance with company policies and procedures for achieving sales, gross profits, expenses budgets, key store performance indicators and ensuring compliance to legislations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales management
  • Monitor actual sales and motivate the team to achieve sales target
  • Work closely with the merchandising department in providing product feedback for seasonal buying, stock allocations and seasonal product trainings
  • Implement and monitor action plan to facilitate sustainable growth in business
  • Visit stores frequently to enhance staff customer service and selling technique
  • Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and forecast, market environment and competitors information for management review
  • Suggest in-store events and in-store incentives that will continue to grow customer base
Retail operations management
  • Facilitate the new store opening and store renovation
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the stores and solve unresolved operational issues
  • Monitor the implementation of retail operations manual, enforcing the company policies and guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain highest standard of housekeeping on and off the sales floor at all times and in compliance with company’s guidelines
  • Plan and take necessary steps to have optimum stock levels, minimize inventory discrepancies and maintain system accuracy
  • Handle administrative works such as monthly commission summary, stock-take result, roster checking, staff appraisal, etc.
Team management
  • Coaching the store team for identifying sales opportunity, managing customer services and operations standard proactively
  • Identify and develop high potentials staff to build future talent pool for the Company
  • Motivate, drive, inform and actively coordinate retail teams to build team spirits and positive working environment
  • Monitor sales team performance
  • Learn and communicate new programs, policies and procedures to assigned stores effectively to ensure proper execution in accordance with company requirement
  • Provide market intelligence and store feedback to management timely
PR management
  • Acting as brand ambassador especially in VIP relationship, event management & strategies
  • Manage adequate rounded market intelligence actions and counterfeiting activities
  • Work with Marketing & PR Department in in-store events to maximize sales

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience with minimum 4 years at managerial level and preferable in luxury fashion brands
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
  • Independent, responsible, initiative and with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Thai is a must
Work Locations
  • At retail stores, travelling may be needed
