Job Description

• Give out an excellent service to Company’s customers.
  
• Provide suggestion and right information to the customers.
  
• Stock receipt and physical cross check with related documents.
  
• Stock transfer/ reservation/ waiting list.
  
• Daily display check-up.
  
• After sales service (Exchange/ Repair/ Replacement)
  
• Maintain relationships with customers.
  
• Handle customers’ complaints.
  
• Quality check of product.
  
• Participate in a monthly physical stock check in a store.
  
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Thai national.
  
• Male or female with good personality.
  
• Dynamic and result oriented with a strong service-mind.
  
• Good command of English language communication.
  
• Work experience in luxury goods industry would be a plus.
  
• Proficient in using computer.
