Job Description
Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesSales Management
- To partner with Store Manager to monitor the sales performance and motivate the team to reach the sales target by taking necessary action plan.
- Improve the quality of sales by focusing on KPIs example conversion rate, UPT & SPT.
- Provide feedback on merchandises to ensure sufficient stock level and right merchandises in store.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports for sales analysis in office and participate in monthly meeting.
- Provide market information e.g. Mall activities and competitors movement.
- Participate in seasonal product training and conduct trainings to the sales team afterwards.
Team Management
- Responsible for monitoring the employee behaviors in stores.
- Enhance the staff customer service by daily coaching and follow up on mystery shoppers program result.
- To provide training /coaching in order to cultivate continuous learning environment.
- Develop the staff by identify their strength and weakness and execute the development plan.
- To keep staff align with business objectives and meet sales target. Operations Management
- Roster arrangement according to the instruction of company and match with the business needs.
- Stock management that ensure the stocks are in correct price and display correctly.
- Minimize the stock loss and damage.
- Monitor the cashiering flow to make sure the transactions process is correct and efficient.
- Plan and execute stock take whenever necessary.
- Communicate with office team to ensure smooth operations in store. Customer Service/CRM
- Act as an ambassador in serving the VIPs and regular customers especially during store event.
- Handle customer complaints whenever necessary.
- Monitor the store customer database to retain the loyal customers
