Please see job description on below; •          Lead the Visual Merchandising/Activity specialism to follow up brand strengthen the uniqueness of the store identity in range presentation in the store. •          Work with relevant stakeholders to secure projects, commercial and creative direction briefs are delivered to the highest quality. •          Support the Retail Brand Manager and product presentation specialist to inspire and develop the competence of the visual merchandising activity co-workers to strengthen the uniqueness of the store identity in range presentation solutions in the store. •          Provide active support in developing the department action plan using layout as a commercial tool as well as range presentation and vitality initiatives that are focused on growing the business and supporting long term profitability and execute agreed plans together with team and other functions. •          Specialize in securing high quality, simple efficient and cost conscious planning and implementing of all range presentation solutions by applying national directions and using global tools, proven solutions and best practices. •          Work execution at all retail store under brand guideline and great support store requirement.   Your knowledge, skills and experience include: •          Experience of working as a visual merchandising activity, minimum 1-3 years •          A higher educational qualification in design, preferably with specialization in visual merchandising or interior design. Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (e.g. Illustrate, Photoshop and AutoCAD)      •          Proven ability to demonstrate how they have interpreted their knowledge and understanding of people’s life at home. •          Creative and commercial visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics to capitalize on the short and long-term business opportunities within the retail environment. •          Passionate and knowledgeable about home furnishing, design (visual merchandising, graphic design, interior design) and retail. •          Proven ability to priorities and organize work in order to make the most efficient use of time available and meet agreed goals and deadlines. •          Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) with an ability to communicate clearly and confidently i.e. explain concepts verbally and visual interpretation.
