Position Summary
• Takes responsibility for the development and execution of a sales and marketing strategy that facilitates the accomplishment of the office’s short and long-term new business revenue goals.
Job Description
- Oversees the
development and execution of the office’s annual sales and marketing plan.
- To
develop new business and to maintain the current portfolio, develop
business from the existing clients in order to achieve the targeted
business objectives.
- Coordinates with Head
of each departments for the execution of the office’s strategy on marketing
and public relation efforts.
- Takes a leadership role
in managing, recruiting, selecting, training, developing, motivating, and
evaluating sales team members.
- Drive
for new business to achieve the budget and profitability by executing
business goals, marketing plans and resourcing requirements.
- Counsels and assists
sales team members in the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Takes leadership in
developing and executing the office’s strategy for cultivating
relationships with key centers of influence.
- Plans and executes a consistent
schedule of sales meetings for the office’s sales team.
- Coordinates the
development and execution of local growth and/or recognition meetings and
events.
- Oversees the
development and distribution of sales reports and the appropriate
utilization of sales support systems and tools.
- Works with the Regional Sales Leader and
the region’s Sales Leaders to develop and execute regional and national
sales practice initiatives.
