Receptionist and Operator Staff
Job Description

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
answering or referring inquiries.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department
directories; giving instructions.

Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's
instructions for house phone and console operation.

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor
degree in any fields
- Minimum of
1 year of work experience related field preferred or New Grad
- Good
interpersonal and communication skills
- Good human
relationship, problem solving skills and teamwork abilities
- Good
command of spoken and written English
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, Internet applications
and
related programs
