Job Description

• Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team for the project to ensure the targets set can be achieved
  
• Responsible for the strategic planning, sales & marketing plan and budget, pricing & promotional campaign, design input, operating system, sales operation, sales policies and procedures of residential components for the Project
  
• Responsible for new client recruitment
  
• Supervise for the design and creative contents of multi-media marketing collaterals, brand touching points of sales gallery, customer’s journey, interactive mapping view and events
  
• Set up team structure and sales system.
  
• Set up  and manage in-house residential team, including sales team, CRM, Sales support team and marketing and acquire third party sales agencies
  
• Conduct in-depth sales training and create customer journey experience from pure-purchasing, purchasing and to post-purchasing stage
  
• Manage and execute all sales related functions such as research and report, product planning and development , sales and legal administration , customer services, until handover CRM program
  
• Execute and oversee the sales administration function including preparing and reviewing sales and purchasing agreements, supervising and providing guidance to the team members in the unit title transfer process
