Job Description
- Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team for the project to ensure the
targets set can be achieved
- Responsible for the strategic planning, sales & marketing plan and
budget, pricing & promotional campaign, design input, operating system,
sales operation, sales policies and procedures of residential components for
the Project
- Responsible for new client recruitment
- Supervise for the design and creative contents of multi-media marketing
collaterals, brand touching points of sales gallery, customer’s journey,
interactive mapping view and events
- Set up team structure and sales system.
- Set up and manage in-house
residential team, including sales team, CRM, Sales support team and marketing
and acquire third party sales agencies
- Conduct in-depth sales training and create customer journey experience from
pure-purchasing, purchasing and to post-purchasing stage
- Manage and execute all sales related functions such as research and report,
product planning and development , sales and legal administration , customer
services, until handover CRM program
- Execute and oversee the sales administration function including preparing and
reviewing sales and purchasing agreements, supervising and providing guidance
to the team members in the unit title transfer process
