Position: Sales Supervisor
 
Job Purpose:
 
·     Primary functions are to sell merchandise, provide impeccable, efficient and friendly service to customers and cooperate with fellow staff to ensure smooth operations in the sales area.
 
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
 
·     Deliver good customer service experience for every customer to exceed their expectations and ensure our standard of service are consistently executed at all times.
·  Achieve agreed sales target by identifying every selling opportunity through demonstrating professional sales techniques.
·  Able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features of the merchandise.
·        Build relationships with customers in store / VIP database.
·        Supervise and lead a team of selling staff to achieve sales target.
·  Provide necessary training, guidance and assistance to Senior Sales Assistant & Sales Assistant.
 
Job Requirements:
 
·  Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences preferably in luxury fashion industry, in a supervisory level position
·        Energetic, outgoing and self-motivated
·        Passion in fashion industry, customer service-oriented
