Job Description

To support Client Development function, also support to the retail team as assigned by CDM Manager.
Report to Client Development Manager.

► Client Treatment
Gifting
▪ Assist and monitor Client treatment initiative
- Occasions, i.e, New year, Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn
- Routine, i.e, Birthday
▪ Prepare and ensure the accuracy of Client lists for the different purposes.
CDM Communication
▪ Responsible for Dior communication tools distribution.

► Event for Clients (All categories both Ladies and Men)
▪ Assist and coordinate on the event / activities.
▪ Other special or ad-hoc initiatives to be assigned CDM Manager.
▪ Contact suppliers to work on the event details and ensure it meets Dior standards.

► Reporting
▪ Prepare CDM reports as assigned.
▪ Research and prepare other relevant information, such as, competitors details.

►CDM Support ▪ Other tasks assigned by CDM Manager

Qualifications

▪ 0-2 years’ of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail industry
▪ Bachelor’s degree in relavant fields.
▪ Good command of English communication both written and spoken.
▪ Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
