Job Purpose

Primary functions are to sell merchandise, provide impeccable, efficient and friendly service to customers and cooperate with fellow staff to ensure smooth operations in the sales area.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain high energy on sales floor and provide exceptional service to all clients according to company's standards
Proactive in sales by identifying every selling opportunity through demonstrating professional sales techniques
Clientelling - manage relationships with VIC and building potential client database
Handle client's enquiries and provide after sales service

Qualifications

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the retail field
Able to converse in English
Pleasant looking and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Must be able to work retail shift hours including weekends & public holidays
Independent, flexible, willing to work under pressure and with strong communication skills
No need to have luxury brand sales experience but must have ready-to-wear, clothing sales expereince.
