Job Description

• Overall responsibility for the safe operation of all machinery with company safety and environment standards
  
• Maintenance planning for the machinery and electrical equipment and uninterrupted production schedule 
  
• Analyze and report the causes of production and performance losses 
  
• Improve the machinery in production process by using of new technology 
  
• Develop the operation and maintenance team for maximize machine operating efficiencies including continuous improvement 
  
• Participate on budget establishment and control maintenance cost to be optimize
  
• Provide the method of maintenance and energy cost saving
  
• Support all sections on ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, 6 Sigma, KAIZEN 
  
• Support maintenance, repair, calibration system
  
• Handle project work
  
• Handle all scopes related to PLC programming
  
• Operating troubleshooting PLC
  
• Provide technical assistance, support and consulting to Maintenance team regarding installation, operation, support, repair and maintenance
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in engineering (Electrical)
• Male or Female / Thai Nationality
  
• Age between 25-35
  
• Have work experiences in manufacturing industries or in Oil&Gas 
  
• Have valid engineering associate license would be advantages
  
• Solid knowledge in MS Project and Autocad PLC 
  
• Fair Command in English
