AP management
 Responsible for AP activities
 Ensure the compliance of company payment policies and procedures (authorization and workflow)
 Monitor payment systems (e.g. expense reimbursement, Work Cycle, SAP Purchase Order, Vendor Master) and support to resolve system and workflow issues
o Arrange payment including some urgent cases
o Maintain the approval authority in expense reimbursement system
 Provide administrative support to local Finance team
 Analyze reports for AP KPIs and take necessary actions to achieve these KPIs
 Handle VAT refund for travel expense claims
 Support internal and external audits.
Participate in project rollout
 Support rollout, implementation and training of Accounting and Finance projects in the cluster/country
 Identify, recommend and implement measures to improve efficiency or service delivery for local and global projects
 Support change and project initiatives through change management methods and training of users
 Assist with any special projects as required.
Local Fraud Prevention Contact
 Act as multiplier and carry the topic of payment fraud prevention into the local organization by performing regular awareness session and distributing ad hoc information in the finance and other appropriate teams
 In case of fraud attack, ensures the communication to all affected parties and to the Regional Fraud Prevention Coordinator and together decide on necessary mitigation measures.

Qualifications

 Education:
o University graduate, majoring in the area of Information Systems, Accounting or Science
o ICAA or CPA membership or currently completing ICAA or CPA studies.
 Working Experience:
o At least 3 years work experience in overall reporting design, business reporting, risk identification and process improvement.
 Technical & Professional Knowledge:
o Solid SAP experience required
o Ability to analyse figures on a broad perspective and in detail and problem solve
o Ability to organise work in a logical and methodical manner
o Advanced Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft programs, Word, and emailing systems
o Effective problem solver and effective communicator
o Pro-active and can-do attitude.
